Jim Clarke is the Apex founder who created the vision for Apex as the highest level of customer service in the business. Jim is primarily responsible for Business Development and the overall direction of the company.
Jim is active in the Society of Cleaning and Restoration Technicians (SCRT), the Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Contractors Association and the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce
Todd oversees the day-to-day Apex operations and is the primary point of contact for customers, adjusters, technicians and project managers. He is a high energy and very positive people person who believes in brutal honesty, with the customer’s best interest the #1 priority. He requires his team to treat customers the same way.
Lesa is the Administrative arm of Apex and a licensed insurance agent of 20+ years. She understands the insurance claims process, speaks the language, and knows how to work with the adjusters. There is no one better to present your claim to the insurance carrier for the best possible outcome.
