I cannot say enough good things about Apex! Don & Thomas were extraordinarily prompt in coming out to our home (less than 24 hours); provided multiple solutions for me to choose from, and ultimately sought to save my family and I money. There were no gimmicks - they listened and sought to implement a solution that would fit our budget. This was by far the best service experience we've had, and it could not have come at a better time; dealing with water and flood issues is frustrating enough. The level of service sets Apex apart from other 'disaster/water management' companies in Atlanta. While I hope to not need their services again, should another issue - Apex will be my first call.

I own a home in Norcross and during the last freeze our water stopped - we called these guys because they are local, and Jim the owner was awesome! He spoke to us, told us what to do and then when the pipe burst his team were on site fast to minimize the damage.

The guys at Apex really helped us out when our basement flooded. I didn't know what to do, but they did and guided me through the entire process with insurance. We were able to get our home back, prevent mold and save money.

Overall good restoration company. The workers were great, helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are good. I highly recommend.

They were quick and came out to the house the day of to clean septic water that backed up into the house. The employees were very friendly and explained a lot of the process. Very reasonable price on the overall job. Very nice company that works with you to get things done quickly and the right way. Would highly recommend using them. Hope nothing like this happens again but would definitely use them again if I needed restoration services.
